3. Use of Services
You agree to use ClimaCert-X only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its content.
ClimaCert-X may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance or security.

4. Data and Privacy
Our platform may collect environmental and operational data via IoT devices or connected systems.

If a certified facility fails to meet ongoing compliance requirements, certification status may be automatically adjusted or suspended.
ClimaCert-X reserves the right to audit or verify submitted data to maintain certification integrity.

6. Fees and Payments
Pricing is displayed transparently on our website.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, graphics, logos, text, and software related to ClimaCert-X are the property of Disrupt-X Technologies FZCO or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers
ClimaCert-X provides its Services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy of third-party data sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClimaCert-X disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
ClimaCert-X, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClimaCert-X during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform’s integrity or reputation.
 Upon termination, your access to dashboards and data may be limited, but anonymized information may remain for certification records.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
