ClimaCert-X, the world’s first AI-driven certification and auditing platform for the built environment, has partnered with SPCS (Saudi Paramount Computer Systems Co.) to introduce its AI-based sustainability certification framework to Saudi Arabia. The partnership was officially launched during the Global IoT Congress Riyadh 2025, where both organizations unveiled their joint vision to accelerate the digital transformation of Saudi Arabia’s built environment. ClimaCert-X transforms traditional building certification by leveraging data from IoT and integrated platforms such as CAFM, IBMS, and Asset Management to deliver faster, continuous, and transparent certification outcomes. This enables faster, automated, and ongoing validation of sustainability and wellness benchmarks—helping both private and public sector developments achieve compliance with global environmental standards
