What is ClimaCert-X?

Climacert-X is an AI-powered Environmental, Fleet, and Asset performance certification that measures and verifies real-time Air, Water, Energy, and Operational Efficiency across buildings and fleets. It continuously tracks compliance with global health, safety, and sustainability standards, assigning Silver, Gold, and Platinum ratings based on ongoing performance rather than one-time audits.

Unlike WELL or LEED, which rely on periodic audits every 1–3 years, Climacert-X uses continuous IoT-based monitoring and AI analytics to evaluate actual operational performance 24/7. It bridges the gap between certification and operations — what’s certified is what’s actually performing in real time — ensuring measurable impact across indoor health, fleet sustainability, and facility efficiency.

Climacert-X covers key categories such as:

  • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) – CO₂, PM₂.₅, PM₁₀, TVOCs, HCHO, O₃, humidity, temperature.
  • Water Quality – pH, ORP, TDS, salinity, temperature, turbidity, chlorine levels.
  • Energy & Environment – Energy efficiency, occupancy comfort, leakage, and operational uptime.
  • Fleet Operations – Fuel efficiency, idling, emissions (CO₂), and driver behavior analytics.
  • Facility Smart Operations – Equipment uptime, maintenance response time, and preventive performance.

Each category contributes to your Climacert Score, which determines certification tier.

  • Silver (70%) – Baseline compliance and measurement completeness achieved.
  • Gold (80%) – Enhanced performance and measurable environmental and operational improvement.
  • Platinum (90%) – Continuous compliance, global best-practice alignment, and operational excellence across both built and mobile assets.

You are audited every month, and depending on the performance and continuous compliance of your assets, you keep your certification level for that month or are adjusted to a lower tier. If your compliance next month meets the defined parameters, you are recertified to your level again.

The certification runs on reliable and auditable data from IoT, CAFM, IBMS, and Fleet devices, using approved sensors for IAQ, water, energy, and fleet tracking. Devices can connect via LoRaWAN, Sigfox, NB-IoT, or Wi-Fi, and data is processed through trusted, interoperable platforms.

The AI engine evaluates five main dimensions:

  1. Measurement Completeness – Are all required sensors, meters, and fleet trackers active and transmitting?
  2. Performance Deviation – How close are readings to optimal global thresholds (WHO/EPA/ASHRAE/ISO)?
  3. Consistency Over Time – Frequency and duration of compliance across monitored parameters.
  4. Operational Efficiency – Maintenance responsiveness, uptime, and energy/fleet utilization.

Scores update daily and feed directly into dashboards and certificates.

Certification is valid for 36 months (3 Years), with continuous monitoring and automated renewal upon sustained compliance. Buildings or fleets that drop below threshold performance for over 30 days are shown awarded Certification Levels (Platinum/Gold/Silver) based on their performance and are updated each monthly cycles.

Yes. Climacert-X integrates seamlessly through APIs and MQTT brokers with most CAFM, BMS, ERP, and Fleet Management systems.

Certified entities receive:

  • A Digital Certificate and QR Badge (verifiable in real time).
  • Unified Performance Dashboards for facility and fleet teams.
  • Performance Reports for ESG and compliance documentation.

If monitored data consistently violates key thresholds, the system issues automated alerts and moves the site or fleet to its performance based certification status. The facility or operations team receives reports and alerts, and certification is reinstated once readings return to compliance on next monthly cycle.
